This Privacy Policy explains how Robley Holdings Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit breachlands.com (the "Site") or join the Breachlands waitlist. Breachlands is a game we are developing; this Site is currently a pre-release marketing site and waitlist.
We are the "data controller" for the personal data described here. If you have any questions, contact us at privacy@breachlands.com.
1. Who we are
Breachlands is operated by Robley Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15815012), correspondence address: C/O XNM Accountancy Limited, Creative Suite 1, Mill 3, Pleasley Vale Business Park, Mansfield, United Kingdom, NG19 8RL.
2. The personal data we collect

We do not ask for or want personal data from anyone under 13. The Site and waitlist are intended for people aged 13 and over.
3. How and why we use your data (lawful bases)
- To send you waitlist and launch updates — lawful basis: your consent (which you gave when you signed up). You can withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
- To run, secure and improve the Site — lawful basis: legitimate interests (keeping our Site available, secure and working well).
- To understand how the Site is used — we use first-party analytics to see, in aggregate, how visitors move through the Site so we can improve it. This is statistical only; we don't use it for advertising or to build a profile of you. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, and you can opt out at any time (via your browser settings or by emailing us — see our Cookie Policy).

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not carry out automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We use service providers who help us run the Site and waitlist, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your data.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) to keep your data protected to the same standard.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist email: we keep it for as long as you're subscribed. If you don't engage with our emails for 24 months, we'll delete your details. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Technical/usage and cookie data: kept only as long as needed for the purpose, then deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it deleted; restrict or object to its use; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect anything we did before you withdrew).
- To unsubscribe from waitlist emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us at privacy@breachlands.com.
- To exercise any other right: email privacy@breachlands.com. We'll respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your local EU supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies — essential cookies that make the Site work, and a first-party analytics cookie that helps us understand Site usage. You can opt out of analytics at any time. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage your choices.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Breachlands develops — in particular when accounts, gameplay, player chat and in-game purchases launch, we will expand it to cover that data. We'll post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date.
